2.0 tdi hesitation/stutter after about 30 mins driving

Hi guys,

After around 30 mins of driving I get a slight stutter / hesitation it's worse in 4th gear around 40 mph it's like there's air in the fuel line or something? It's a mk5 2.0 tdi 140 other than this it drives amazing it pulls like a train I love it, it's well looked after, always serviced ect.. It has had a new in tank fuel pump that's about the only thing it's ever had, not sure if it could be something wrong with this?

I get no fault codes at all.

I've been having a search any read it could be the egr a few times so I removed this earlier and cleaned it up but it wasn't very dirty, also the cars on 139k miles.

Any help would be great.
