I prefer those pedals on long journeys, I have them in my lorry at work and dont hurt half so much on your calf and ankle when doing long distance.

Has anyone driven a car with these types of pedals, dont mock it till you try it

A few points:

1.Interior looks basic, and has lost the expensive feel the Mk4 has.

2.I dont like cup holders on show.

3.The surround around the Sat Nav and heater dials is just screaming for some colourful trim, i.e. Aluiminium.

4.Old School? No thanks. I prefer something modern, but not so modern its deemed futuristic.

5. The interior reminds me of a Focus / New Mondeo.

6. The overall look just isnt "special" anymore. :(

I like it, but obviously biased. Had floor mounted pedals in my last two boxsters, and find them very easy to use.

As to colour, have to agree, too much grey. I have spec'd cream full leather, as this will contrast with the diamond black exterior nicely.

Wheel, looks ok, but until i get my hands on it, will reserve judgement. What will the multi-function buttons control. Just stereo?

I bet that steering wheel is AWESOME to hold! looks very chunky and F1 like with its squared off bottom.

Love the look of the SatNav unit too - much easier to use and see than the mrk4 item - looks like they've learnt alot from the mistakes on the mk4

But agree that the colour is too light - hopefully full leather will change the interior plastic colours too

I can't wait to see one in the flesh!

Does nothing for me i'm afraid. Went in a MKV for the first time last week (2.0 Diesel) and although its alot quieter then my 110bhp, i was not impressed at all.

Much prefer the MKIV interier and i agree, Audi is the next step.

And in the picture, what the hell is that pedal on the left. Is that the slow pedal for middle aged baldies ? I want a loud pedal that big.
