Well if their saying no it looks like your luck is out. You could keep an eye on ebay or various vag forum classifieds.

I'm not sure. Mine are 19x9.5 and the offset is et25.

I don't have any photos on me, but they fill up the arches on my R32 very nicely.

et25 with 8.5' wide would be fine.

As far as i know though le-mans are no longer made. Don't think they were ever made in a 35mm offset either?

For some reason BBS seem to only do ET 25 for LMs for the mk4! which gets on my nerves as the correct offset is 35mm!!!

As mentioned, BBS no longer produce the Le Mans wheel, Mine are 8.5x19" et 25 and that is right on the limit of the wheel arch. Flyfs6, you must be mistaken about yours being 9.5" wide! BBS in Germany do not supply 9.5"x19" with a 5x100 pcd, and highlight on their TUV that on an 8.5" wheelarch modifications "might" have to be undertaken.

They are simply the best wheel that money can buy if you ask me, you just can't beat them.

8.5 wide (et25) will be fine for a Golf, probably wouldn't stick out of the arch at all. My rear wheels are 8.5 (et13) and sit about level with the arch

No they will stick out. My mate has 18inch LMs and they stick out of the arch, u can clearly see it.

I have 8.5 with et35 and they sit flush with the front arches, the rears they sit in.

I have 18x8.5 rears that running 15mm offset and they stick a bit out of the arch!
